COVID-19 Precautions

At Wallace Avenue Specialist, we take the health and wellbeing of our patients, staff and community serious.
With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we want to let you know that we are taking all precautions to ensure the safety of our patients and community.
We only offer telehealth consultation, and if you need to come to the clinic, our reception staff will let you know.
In case you need to visit the clinic:

1. Please wear a face mask,
2. We have hand sanitising station at the entrance on the clinic, please use it before you come in and when leaving the clinic.
3. Your temperature will be checked at the point of entry.
4. Keep 1.5 meters away as indicated on floor and room signs.
5. Please do not visit the clinic if you or anybody you've been in contact with has been told to self-isolate;
   you're unwell with cold or flu-like symptoms.
